Parking and Transport
The Car Park at the venue is not big enough to accomodate all our readers attending. Please do not park at the venue, limited disabled parking is available please contact us and we can reserve a space.
We have provided a free Bus (operated by Aldermaston Coaches) for our attendees to run between BASINGSTOKE RAILWAY STATION BUS STOP and the Hotel.
This will run continuously as a shuttle from 0900 to 1800 with a break for lunch.
Public Parking is available at the following locations, all of which are walkable to the Railway Station pick up and drop off points:
Basingstoke Railway Station
Festival Place Shopping Centre
The Malls Car Park (same entrance as above)Vyne Meadow Car Park
Alternatively - Parking is available in the Chineham District Shopping Centre, please note there is a strict 4 hour time limit and ANPR Cameras are in use, we are not liable for any fines incurred, please park responsibly.

The Hampshire Arena has an access ramp located towards the rear of the entrance corridor please see venue map (available soon)
We have established break areas for our Authors and Readers who attend to be able to sit away from the main venue in a quieter environment. Please respect these areas and only enter the one appropiate to your attendance.

Food & Drink
Please note due to licence restrictions the hotel is unable to allow any outside food to be consumed on the premises.
You are permitted to bring drink in a resealable bottle with you onsite.
Food will be sold in the Hotel Restaurant to eat either there, in a breakout area, or outside if you wish.
There are restaurants outside of the venue within walking distance and you can leave the event to eat and will be permitted to re-enter with your access badge.
