Accessibility
We ensure that our events are fully accessible to the limitations of the venue. Our venues are able to accommodate a variety of needs, please contact us directly for any information or questions you have on requirements.

Personal Data
All Personal Data is held on secure devices and password protected. Data is held for the required legal period then deleted and destroyed.

Inclusivity
ROSE Events are inclusive to everyone regardless of race, religion, gender or sexuality and it is vital to us that all our attending authors, vendors and readers to not only feel safe as a basic necessity, but to feel welcomed in our event spaces. No one will be denied access to our events based on protected characteristics and we will also not tolerate any abuse, hate speech or discrimination from anyone associated with our events. If anyone is found to have been demonstrating behaviours that do not align with our core values, we will rescind any invitation to Rose Events. 

AI
ROSE Events are strongly against the use of generative AI in creative spaces especially in the bookish community. As such we do not allow any AI generated products at our events. This includes but is not limited to:

• Books (content or covers)
• Any artwork for sale, display or giveaway
• Signage (roller banners, backdrops, table runners, table signs etc)
• Any content posted to discuss or promote a ROSE Event
